How do I return it?

1. Close it

Once you are finished with the packaging, close it as shown on the right.

Make sure the velcros are aligned. ;)

2. Seal it

Safety first!
Apply the security seal that we provided you with. Place it across the opening. That way, if your pack is open during transport, we will know it!

This pack is reusable & highly protective. It will protect your phone in transport. It is also sustainable: as you send it back to us, we will reuse it for dozens of shipments like this one!

Stick the provided prepaid return label on the designated area and head to your nearest post office for shipment:
